Accessibility Statement
We want every Canadian driver to be able to complete an application independently.
Last updated: August 27, 2026
Our commitment
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is treated as a requirement in how we build and review each page, not as an afterthought.
What we do
Across the site and the application flow we:
- Use semantic headings, labels and landmarks so screen readers can navigate the flow
- Keep every control reachable and operable with a keyboard, with visible focus styles
- Size touch targets for comfortable one-handed use on a phone
- Announce validation errors in text, not colour alone
- Maintain contrast ratios that meet AA for body and interface text
Known limitations
Some third-party content, such as documents provided by insurers, may not yet meet the same standard. We will provide an accessible alternative on request.
Need help completing an application?
If any part of this website prevents you from applying, contact us and a team member will complete the application with you over the phone. Please tell us what barrier you encountered so we can fix it.
