About PrimeRoad Brokerage

PrimeRoad Brokerage acts as an insurance intermediary. We collect applications and submit them to insurers. We are not an insurer and we do not underwrite risk.

Estimates are not quotes or coverage

Any price shown on this website is an estimate produced by our internal estimating model using the information you supply. It is not an offer of insurance, not a binding quote, and not confirmation that coverage will be issued.

Coverage exists only after an insurer issues a policy and PrimeRoad confirms it to you in writing. Do not cancel existing insurance and do not drive uninsured in reliance on an application.

Your responsibilities

When you use this website you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and current information
• Apply only for vehicles and drivers you are authorized to insure
• Keep your account credentials and application reference confidential
• Not attempt to access other applicants’ information or disrupt the service

Payments

Amounts collected before a policy is issued are held pending underwriting. Payments are verified by PrimeRoad staff against our records; a payment confirmation from your bank does not by itself activate coverage. If your application is declined or withdrawn before binding, eligible amounts are returned using the same method where possible.

Availability and accuracy

Vehicle details are decoded using the public NHTSA vPIC database and may be incomplete for some vehicles. You are responsible for confirming the vehicle information shown is correct before submitting.

We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of this website, including provinces we accept applications from, at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PrimeRoad Brokerage is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection or insurance legislation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province in which you reside and the applicable laws of Canada.
